Alan James Froelicher, Sr. Age 76 of Cincinnati, Ohio passed away peacefully Tuesday, August 31st at his home in College Hill. He received his degree in business as graduate of Xavier University. Alan was a former chief of police in West Virginia and later in management with United Dairy Farmers. He was also a YMCA youth group leader. He is survived by three sons, Stephen, Jeffery, and Alan James Froelicher, Jr. He is also survived by a younger brother Stephen F. Froelicher of Winter Garden, Florida.
