Devoted husband of Lisa Clem and the late Margaret Clem; loving father of Candace (Mark) Robinson, Shawn Clem, Latasha King, Joshua Pennington, and Rob Pennington Jr.; dear brother of Darlene Gibson and step brother to Donnie and Debbie Delph; beloved son of Jeannetta (Charles) Delph and Raymond Clem; also survived by his grandchildren Rikki, Mark Jr., Tyler, Maggie, Casey, Kyle, Savannah, Chloe, Madison, Mackenzie, and Austin. Bobby was loved by so many other nieces, nephew, great grandchildren, brother and sister in laws, and so many friends. He passed away July 2, 2024 at the age of 72. Visitation will take place at Tredway Funeral Home on Monday from 6-8 pm. Funeral service on Tuesday at 1:30 pm at the funeral home. Interment to follow at Rest Haven Memorial Park
