Devoted wife of Johnny Allen. Dear mother of Amy Robertson, Mya Allen, and Johnny Allen Jr. Stepmother of Jemell and Shaneka Allen. Beloved grandmother of 11.  Caring sister of Joycalynn Cefalu, Johnda Keuffer, Jane Carrigan, Patricia Keeling, and John (Alicia) Blum.  Loving Aunt to a host of nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by her parents, John and Joyce Blum and her grandmother, Dorothy Wooddell. Passed away suddenly, October 18, 2021, age 50. Visitation will be held on Monday, October 25th, 2021 at Clepper-Kelsch Funeral Home (Oakley) from 11:00 am – 12:45.  Prayer service will be held at 12:45.  Private burial at Spring Grove Cemetery.
