Charles "Dean" Helphinstine age 61 of Lawrenceburg IN. passed away November 12, 2020. Left to cherish memories are his wife of 33 years Donna Helphinstine, his mother Patricia Foley, 4 brothers Carl "Dale" Helphinstine, Mike Helphinestine, Tony Helphinstine, and Billy Turner. 2 sisters Melissa Turner and Debbie Morrow. 5 children Heather Maloney, Brandon Maloney, Kendra Maloney, Charlie Helphinstine, and Aaron Helphinstine 7 grandchildren and 1 great grand-daughter, also a loving mother-in-law Norma Edwards. Preceding him in death his father Charles L Helphinstine and his grandparents Carl "Doc" and Lorraine Foley. Service will be held November 17, 2020 at the 2961 Madison Rd. Oakley Ohio 45209 11:00 a.m. until time of service 1:00 p.m. Interment will take place at 3:00 p.m. at Arlington Memorial Gardens. In Lieu of flowers you can donate to the American Heart Association.
