Charlotte H. Turner of Cincinnati, Ohio passed quietly into the arms of Jesus May 19, 2020. She was born September 6, 1920 in Ashland, KY to Joseph and Mary Robinette Harris. She is preceded in death by her first husband, Earl M. Gaines, and William S. Turner who she married in 1959, and three Brothers, Denver, Ray and Wilbur While Bill and Charlotte did not have children of their own, they were blessed with 3 Nieces and a Nephew, Keith Harris and Lillian Krezner who preceded her in death, Linda Distel of West Portsmouth, OH, and Mary Snodgrass of Cabot, AR, and Kathy Harris (Wife of Nephew, Keith Harris) of West Portsmouth, OH, survive her. In her last years, Charlotte was a resident at St. Margaret Hall. Charlotte was a beautiful and gracious lady who walked out her Christian faith with love, kindness, and service to so many people.
