Douglas Adkins II was born on March 11, 1973 in Cincinnati, Ohio to Douglas and Wanda Adkins. He passed away on February 26, 2022. Douglas was part of a family of four boys. The brothers being Shane Adkins, Vance Adkins and Brian Adkins. Douglas is survived by his partner in life and mother of his children Cynthia Collinsworth. They are proud parents of Hallie Reising, Burgandy Collinsworth, Destiny Adkins and Damian Adkins. He was a proud grandfather of eight grandchildren. They are Savannah Reising, Reagan Schaffer, Adilynn Adkins, Keith Washington, Jayden Washington, Zhaniryah Washington, Olivia Schaffer, and Jeremia Schaffer. He also leaves to mourn his passing other extended family members as well as a host of friends. The family will be gathering to honor his memory and his life.
