Eric J Ries died unexpectedly/peacefully at Christ Hospital on May 21,2024 in Cincinnati, Ohio at the age of 44.

He is preceded in death by grandparents Frank (Ella) Ries and John (Paula) Wolffram. He is survived by his wife Kelly Ries, Daughter, Eleanor (Nellie) Ries, Brother, Jeffrey S Ries, and his parents, Jerry and Charlene Ries. His daughter remembers him as a kind and generous father who encourages her to pursue their goals and passions in life.

Eric J Ries was passionate about helping people who are less fortunate and often indulged in volunteering. He was a dedicated individual who loved to pick you up when you were down and make you laugh.
