Obituary
Scooter was loved by many and passed away unexpectedly on February 13th, 2024 at the age of 57. Born July 23, 1966 to Barbara Richards and the late John G. Richards. He was born and raised in Cincinnati and was a longtime business owner. Visitation will be held Saturday, February 17th at CLEPPER FUNERAL HOME from 12 - 2 pm. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Cecilia School in Oakley.
