Lois Ann Schrantz, 87, of Cincinnati, Ohio, passed away peacefully on December 28, 2025, at Jewish Hospital in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Lois lived a life that many only hope to live. She spent most of her days volunteering and teaching, training animals, painting, traveling with her sisters, and loving any and all people or animals she met. She lived her life always learning, always teaching, and always trying to put as much good into the world as she could. Throughout her 87 years, she took each day and did something—whether big or small—to change someone's life. She is a soul who will truly be missed, but we are blessed because she was a part of so many people's lives.

Lois was preceded in death by her parents, Louis Schrantz and Thelma Daley-Schrantz; her sister, Barbara McKewen; and her nephews, Michael McKewen and Curtis Hadley.
