Robert Dale Simms, 6/20/1952-5/8/2023

Bob died at the age of 70, he is survived by his siblings Larry Simms, Alan Simms (Nancy), Sheila Simms, Cindy Motz (Jim), Cheryl Freeman (Dave). Loving father of Robert Allen, Sarah Simms Thompson (Jason), Terri Alexander, and the late Bobby Simms. Dear grandfather of Alexis League, Arthur Faulkner, Blake Rasner, Jordan McCord, William Simms, Joey Simms, Olivia Simms. He is also survived by his daughter in law Heather Simms and life long friend Lynn Helton Meyer and a host of nieces and nephews. He was met in heaven by mother Frances. Son Bobby, brother Walter, sister Linda, niece Tara (who he loved) & her babies Mikey & Llordano.

Visitation will be held at Hope Baptist Church, 511 Olden Ave., Arlington Heights on Friday, May 12, 2023 from 10 am until time of funeral service at 11 am. Interment to follow at Reading Cemetery.
