Ronald "Ron" Lee Black Jr., a devoted father, grandfather ("Lolo"), brother, son, uncle and friend, passed away on October 28th, at the age of 63.

Born January 17th, 1961, in Cincinnati, Ohio, Ron was a proud Navy veteran, serving from 1978-1985, as a Petty Officer Second Class. Ron met his beloved wife, Rizalinda "Rizza", while stationed in Okinawa, Japan. They married in 1981 and moved back to the Philippines until 1985, before returning to Cincinnati. Ron then built a career in the appliance parts industry before eventually starting his own business. When not working, Ron enjoyed cooking, sports, music, and spending time with his wife and family. Ron earned a black belt in Ninjitsu (3rd Dan rank), and was a constant force coaching for his children's sports teams. A talented musician, Ron loved singing and playing his guitar and rocking out with his cousins.

Ron cherished his time making people laugh, connecting with others, and being with his family. Ron beamed with pride because of his children and grandchildren's accomplishments. He loved nothing more than spending time with his loved ones.

Ron was proceeded in death by his parents Ronald Lee Black Sr., Patricia Black (Brockman), and daughter, Rebecca (Demetrius) Kanaris. Ron is survived by his wife of 43 years, Rizalinda Black (Doromal), sister Teresa (Mitch) Gilbertson, children: Ronda Black, Stephanie (Brian) Seibert, Neil (Adrienne) Black, Nicholas Black, Austin (Catherine) Black, along with his grandchildren: Cassandra, Thomas, Samantha, Karlee, Kaden, Lucas, Allison, Frank, Archie, Gemma, and his many cousins, nieces and nephews.

Visitation will take place Friday, 11/1/2024 at Tredway Funeral Home, in Norwood from 1-3pm, followed by a short Ceremony/Blessing.
