Beth Ann Auxier Obituary

Beth Ann Auxier, entered into God’s kingdom on April 16th 2023. She was born on September 11th 1956, to Doug and Florence Burkhart. She was 66 years old.

Beth, the most loving and caring wife, mother and grandmother is survived by her husband, Rick; daughters, Sarah (John Poirier), Elizabeth (Danny Myers) and Rebecca; son, Matthew (Pim Weyue); grandsons, John Paul, George, Cannon and Easton; granddaughters, Faye and Braylon. Beth’s second son, Daniel, greeted her in Heaven Sunday where they shared the world’s most amazing hug and reunion.

Beth was raised in a Christian household and was taught to always trust in Jesus no matter what happened. Her amazing faith and close relationship with Jesus inspired her to live every day for the will and glory of God. In 1980 she married the love of her life, Rick. Rick and Beth were not only husband and wife but they were also best friends, who supported each other in everything they did. The only thing that could separate them was the need to go to work, but afterwards they were always immediately back where they preferred to be, together, and with their kids.

Beth was an amazing mother to her five children. Throughout the stages of growing into adults and beyond, Beth selflessly always put her kid’s needs and wants above her own. With a smile on her face she was ready every day to help her kids face their day, whether through physical work, emotional support, or through prayer. She taught them how to be patient and kind, how to love and forgive and how to be strong and endure. There was never a day that her kids questioned the love she had for them.

Beth touched countless lives throughout her career as a nurse. For Beth, being a nurse was not just a job but it was her calling in life. Not only did she strive to be the best nurse she could be but she strived to show the love of Jesus to everyone she worked with and treated. Beth loved her colleagues throughout the years and had many good experiences with them and stories to share. Her biggest joy was developing friendships with her patients and being there for them any way she could.

Jesus was the rock of Beth’s life and she never once lost sight of the love and hope that we have in him. She saw every day as an opportunity to share that love and hope with others. Beth was a prayer warrior. Chances are, if she knew you, then you were in her prayers. She never stopped praying for the good of others, and through the life she lived, the example she set and the prayers she prayed, she made our lives immensely better. Filled with faith in a future in heaven with Jesus, she went to meet him in peace, and there she waits,   to meet us again.
