Keith Wright

Keith (Keithel) Wayne Wright 66, of Norwood, OH passed away peacefully on Friday November 3rd, at U.C. Hospital with his beloved son at his side.

Keith lived a full adventurous life with many stories to tell. He was born April 4th, 1957 in Mt. Sterling, KY, and spent the majority of his life in Norwood, with his son and namesake Keith. He had many friendships and was quick to accept people into his home and his family with open arms.

He was married for a brief time to Carol Schaffer Thompson and together had two sons Keith and Christopher, and was a proud step father to Alicia. After their separation he spent many years in a civil unionship with Connie Becknell where they had their son Brian. 

Keith has been preceded in death by his father Chester Wright, mother Lois Wright, siblings Rick and Freida Wright, his son Brian L. Becknell Wright, and partner Connie Becknell.

He is survived by his sons Keith Wright, Christopher Wright, step daughter Alicia Thompson Pollitt, and daughters-in-law Crystal Fredrick and Kristie Wright, . His grandchildren Amira Wright, Kiara Wright, Avery Greene, Susan Morgan, Christopher Wright Jr, Kristian Wright, Ariel Wright, Alexis Smith-Wright (and her daughter Dalaneigh Lee Marie), Jenna Kissel, Bryson Kissel, Jordan Wright, Brendan Wright, Caleb Wright, Kiarra (Kiki) Wright. Along with his niece Christie Wright, nephews Rick Wright and Antonio (Tony) Milazo, along with many other cousins and people he considered his “family”.

Memorial services will be held at 2pm Saturday November 18th, at Tredway Funeral Home, located at 2131 Cameron Ave, Norwood, OH 45212. 

Reception to follow at The Wood Bar located at 1763 Sherman Ave in Norwood.
