Larry Wayne - passed away unexpectedly in his home on July 17, 2015 in Norwood, OH at age 63. Larry was born on July 27, 1951 in Detroit, Michigan to his parents, Callie Bishop of Cincinnati, OH and Matt George Slusher of Pineville, KY. On February 13, 1971, he married Carol A. Cochran. He served in the army until March 1971. Larry is survived in death by his wife, Carol A. Slusher (née Cochran); his children, John M. Slusher and Laura A. Gabbard (Anthony Duane); his grandchildren, Brittney, Hannah, and Sophie Gabbard; his honorary grandchildren, Ally and Katlyn Hackney; his sister, Mary Slusher; and his brothers, George Slusher (Debbie) and Terry Slusher. Larry is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces and nephews, and dearest friends. He is preceded in death by his parents, Callie Bishop and Matt George Slusher. Visitation will be held on July 21, 2015 from 11a.m.-1p.m. at Tredway-Pollitt Funeral Home. Memorial service will follow immediately after and will be officiated by Reverend Bryce Owens. Larry will be buried following the service at Arlington Memorial Cemetery. All are welcome to attend and celebrate Larry's life. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be sent to the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Greater Cincinnati.

Timothy - age 61, resident of Cincinnati, formerly of Norwood, OH. Beloved brother of twin sister, Debra (Bill) Barton, sister, Patricia (Ken) Collins. Dear uncle of Kenny & Meaghan Collins, Katelyn Collins, Jami & Torrey Conn. Great uncle to Emma Conn.

Tim was a 1972 graduate of Norwood High School. He was a devoted Christian & ordained as a minister of God.

A service to celebrate the life of Timothy will be held on Tuesday, May 26, 2015 at Tredway, Pollitt & Starver. Visitation between 6:00-8:00. He will be laid to rest at Evergreen Cemetery, Southgate, KY.

Charles Lewis - 84, of Cincinnati, formerly of Williamsburg, KY, died Sunday, May 3, 2015 at his home with his loving family by his side after a brief illness. He was the beloved and devoted husband of 61 years of Arvilla Smith Cox and cherished father of Shirley Cox Riggs. He is survived by his wife, daughter, brother-in-law, sister-in-laws, nieces, nephews, and a host of other relatives and friends.

He was born in Williamsburg, KY on December 25, 1930 to the late Arthur Cleveland and Virgie Neal Cox. He was the youngest of 9 children who preceded him in death. He was a proud Veteran of the U.S. Army, was retired from the Cincinnati Rubber Company, and was a member of Trinity Pentecostal Church for 40 years. He was also a talented bluegrass musician, singer,and carpenter.

Visitation on Thursday in Cincinnati, Ohio from 4 – 8 pm at Tredway-Pollitt-Staver Funeral Home, 2131 Cameron Avenue, Cincinnati, Ohio. Visitation will also be held in Williamsburg, KY.

A service to celebrate the life of Charles will be conducted at 2 pm, Saturday, May 9, 2015 at Ellison Funeral Home, 512 Main Street, Williamsburg, KY. Visitation will also be held on Saturday from 11-2 pm at the Ellison Funeral Home. Following the service, he will be laid to rest in Piney Grove Baptist Church Cemetery, Redbird, KY.

Matthew Scott - Services will take place Sunday May 3, 2015 at Tredway-Pollitt-Staver Funeral Home from 1:00pm until 2:00pm.

Beatrice – Passed away on April 8, 2015. She was born on May 7, 1930 to the late Kenneth andCarrie (nee Jones) Bucklew. She was proceeded in death by her husband Richard D. Musser Sr. and son Richard D. Musser Jr. as well as three brothers.

Beatrice is survived by daughters Carolyn (Tim) Staver, Diane Fenske and Jill (Mark) Hathaway. Two sisters, seven grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren also survive her.

A graveside service will take place 1:00pm Wednesday April 15, 2015 at St. Michaels Cemetery in Marshaville, Ohio.

Vernon Jacob II - beloved husband of 57 years to Mildred Josephine. Devoted father to Sandra S. Wiesmann, (William), Timothy J. Schwallie, (Nicole Draghic) and Vernon Jeffrey died on April 4, 2015 in Nashville, TN at the age of 93. He is also survived by his second wife, Roberta Schwallie. Vernon was born January 9, 1922 in Cincinnati and was raised with his brother James Michael and sister, Jo Ann in Pleasant Ridge and Mt. Orab by his parents, Vernon Jacob and Opal Lavon Schwallie. He enlisted in the Navy in 1940 and served in active duty during World War II and the Korean War. After retiring from active duty in 1956, most of his career was spent in the automobile industry. He also worked in the funeral business in later years. Vernon was an avid
photographer, ardent history buff, and super fan of all Cincinnati sports teams. He was known for his wry sense of humor, his loyal friendship, his honesty, and trustworthiness.

Visitation will be held from 10-11 on Friday, April 10, with services at 11 at Tredway- Pollitt-Staver Funeral Home 2131 Cameron Ave., Cincinnati, OH 45212. Frieda Mae (Salyers) - passed away on April 7, 2015 at the age of 87.
Predeceased by Raymond (Mike) Roll on May 16, 2014. Frieda is lovingly remembered by her children Pat (Terrell) Ebright of IN, Michael (Nancy) Roll, Jeanette (John) Widmeyer, Linda (Richard) Elam, and Jackie (Tom) Watson of Cincinnati, nine grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren. Frieda was born in Cincinnati, Ohio on October 16, 1927. She attended St. Bernard High School and had various jobs including owning the Marlowe Shop in College Hill and later working as a real estate agent. Frieda enjoyed golfing, traveling, and spending time with her loving family.

Russell Lee – Left us to be with the Lord on Saturday March 28, 2015. He was loved and will be missed by many. Russell leaves behind his mother, father, Nichole, Joshua nieces and nephews. Lincoln A. – (June/Linc) was born on August 4, 1939 in Norwood, GA to the union of Willie and Minnie Allen, both of whom preceded him in death. He was also preceded in death by his loving sister, Nancy Moore, his sons, Lincoln A. Allen Jr., Robert Allen and, Anthony Allen, his daughter, Eartha Tate; and grandson, Keith O. Allen Jr.. He is survived by his wife of 43 years, Verna M. Allen, his son, Elder Dr. Keith Allen (Dawn), his daughter, Lisa Allen-Porter (Scott), Ronda and Cassaundra Allen, and twelve grandchildren, Robert, Travanti, Orlando, Cameron, Britnee, Kendra, Chaquay, Quintin, Keniesha, Toni, and Kamara Allen, and Jelisa Gardner. He is also survided by his mother’s 92 year old sister, Thelma Holmes, eleven great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews and friends. Services took place on April 2, 2015 at Greater Emanuel Apostolic Temple. Interment at Oak Hill Cemetery.

Meredith Steven - 55, of Cincinnati, Ohio, passed away on Tuesday, February 3, 2015 atBeechwood Home, his residence for the past 13 years. Steve was a Pharmacist, retired from the VA Hospital in Dayton, Ohio. He loved camping, fishing, playing baseball and was an avid fan of the Reds and Bengals.

He is survived by his mother, Nancy J. Lamb, his sister, Cathy (John) Shibley, 3 stepchildren, Emily, Ben, and Abbey and his many friends at Beechwood. Kenneth Lee - Age 31, passed away suddenly January 4, 2015. He leaves behind tree children Dillan Ray, Kenlee and Lacey. He was the son of Patricia (nee Smith) and the late Kenneth Gilreath. Brother of Daniel Ray, Amy and Kimberly Gilreath. Grandson to the late Howard and Beulah Smith, Murlene and the late Jimmy Darrell Brown, Great grandma Bernis Burk.

Kenneth is also survived by four neaces Cecilia, Nevaeh, Angel and Kara, nephew Daniel Gilreath, seven aunts Diana Smith, Tituana Patton, Jennifer Smith, Theresa smith, Dollie Burk, Cleta Gilreath and the late Cleta Smith, seven uncles Howard and Jimmy smith, Jeff Gilreath, Norman Burk, Mike Bowen, Jeff Patton, and the late Ronnie Smith.
